Terms and Conditions for The Nonprofit Blueprint Podcast

1. 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

1.1 All Rights Reserved.
All audio, video, images, graphics, show notes, transcripts, promotional materials, derivative works, and any other content created for, during, or in connection with The Nonprofit Blueprint Podcast (the “Podcast”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Socialys Evidentia Global Consulting Private Limited, India (“the Company”). This includes all intellectual property rights, whether now existing or arising in the future, in perpetuity and worldwide.

1.2 Guest License and Consent.
By participating in the Podcast, the Guest irrevocably grants the Company and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to record, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, distribute, broadcast, transmit, publish, display, and otherwise use their name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any materials or content shared (collectively, the “Guest Content”) in whole or in part, for any purpose, including but not limited to educational, promotional, editorial, archival, commercial, or non-commercial uses, across all media now known or later developed.

1.3 Editorial Control.
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall have complete and unrestricted editorial control over the creation, modification, publication, distribution, and use of the Podcast and related materials. This includes the right to edit, shorten, rearrange, or remove portions of the recording or associated content at the Company’s sole discretion and without further notice or approval from the Guest.

1.4 Waiver of Rights and Claims.
The Guest waives any and all rights to inspect or approve the finished Podcast episode, any derivative works, or any use of the Guest Content. The Guest further waives all claims to royalties, residuals, or other compensation arising from such use, and releases the Company from any liability related to the recording, publication, or dissemination of the Guest’s participation in the Podcast.
 

2. Guest Representations and Warranties

2.1 The Guest affirms that all statements, opinions, and materials shared during their appearance are based on their personal or professional experience and do not violate any confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
2.2 The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their statements, participation, or shared materials.
2.3 The Guest acknowledges that their participation is voluntary, unpaid, and does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with the Company.
 

3. Disclaimer for Audiences

3.1 All views, opinions, and statements expressed on the Podcast are those of the individual speakers and do not necessarily reflect the official position or opinion of the Company.
3.2 The Podcast is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing discussed should be interpreted as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
3.3 Listeners assume full responsibility for how they interpret or use any information shared on the Podcast.
 

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in or use of the Podcast content.
4.2 The Podcast is provided “as is,” and the Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.
 

5. Content Usage and Distribution

5.1 Guests and listeners may share Podcast episodes publicly only in their unaltered form and with proper credit to The Nonprofit Blueprint Podcast by Socialys Evidentia Global Consulting Private Limited, India.
5.2 Any commercial use, reproduction, or modification of Podcast content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
 

6. Privacy and Data Use

6.1 The Company may collect and use limited personal information (e.g., name, email, voice recording) to manage Podcast operations, consistent with its Privacy Policy.
6.2 Guests consent to the public dissemination of their recorded voices and likenesses as part of Podcast distribution.
 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
 

8. Amendments and Severability

8.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 

9. Acceptance

By participating in or accessing The Nonprofit Blueprint Podcast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
